Hi guys!
This will be a new series on my blog and Youtube Channel Didedi'sCrafty Corner.
Every Saturday I'll grab a new or Old Die set and Share it with you.
If I decide not to keep in my stash Ill give it away here on my blog.
Today I picked up this set from Spellbinders Called Santa
It's a 5 piece set that makes a super cute Santa face.
You have to cut the hat out twice if you want it two toned.
I've done the trim in different textures.
The mustache goes on top of the beard and the nose on top of the mustache.
I think the little nose is adorable.
I colored the faces and nose with copic's E000, E00 R20.
I left the eyebrow area white. then added dots with the uni-ball Signo pen to the cheek area,
Then I just glued it together with Art Glitter Glue Starting with the hat,
Then the beard, mustache, and cute little nose.
And Ta Da beautiful !
Each one I gave a different trim for his hat,
This one is mini pompoms.
Here I used Pentart Snow Pen.
And this one I used Nuvo Glimmer Paste
And finally just white card stock.
So which one do you like the best?
Don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win the Spellbinders set.
Hug's, Diane
Very cute Santa face! So many possibilities!
ReplyDeleteI really love this die set , Santa is super cute and how you did him in so many different ways . I love them all but I think the nuvo glitter is my favorite and the vintage one is lovely , I think your right about maybe not for kids but perfect for a vintage project .. This is a really good idea looking forward to next sat and the new die ideas .. Thank you Diane . Hugs and Blessings . Crafty Bean
ReplyDeleteThank you for showing us so many options with the Santa die. You could also make these into ornaments for a table top tree. Super versatile!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a fabulous die, it makes the cutest Santa - i love the end results! These would be fantastic for cards for children, especially for poor peeps like me who not only celebrates Christmas in December, but also “Santa Claus day” on December 6th ;-) loads of gifts needed, lol!
ReplyDeleteI like all of your ideas, but the ones that stand out to me mostly are the glitter one, and the one with mini pom-poms
